A Love for Jewelry
I have always had a love for jewelry, creating unique pieces for friends and family since childhood. This passion inspired me to pursue jewelry design, and create this website, Cora's Daughter Art Jewelry so that I can share my unique pieces with you.
Personal Journey
My mother, Cora grew up on the Ojibwe Reservation in Northern Minnesota. Being of Native American and Irish heritage I was encouraged to work with beads, leather and various metals since childhood. I am self-taught, so I'm not constrained by conventional themes and patterns. My personal style and choice of materials allows me endless creative possibilities. I have been mentioned in local newspapers and I have been honored by my community as Artist of the Month.
